{"id":5552,"date":"2020-12-05T02:54:22","date_gmt":"2020-12-05T02:54:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amautaenlinea.com\/blog\/?p=5552"},"modified":"2020-12-05T02:54:24","modified_gmt":"2020-12-05T02:54:24","slug":"orientaciones-para-el-pago-de-vacaciones-truncas-al-personal-docente-y-o-auxiliar-de-educacion-contratado-durante-el-ano-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amautaenlinea.com\/blog\/orientaciones-para-el-pago-de-vacaciones-truncas-al-personal-docente-y-o-auxiliar-de-educacion-contratado-durante-el-ano-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Orientaciones para el Pago de vacaciones truncas al personal docente y\/o auxiliar de educaci\u00f3n contratado durante el a\u00f1o 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> Con el fin de cumplir con el <strong>pago de vacaciones truncas establecidos en la Ley N\u00b0 30328, as\u00ed como la Ley N\u00b0 30493, a favor del personal docente y auxiliar de educaci\u00f3n que han sido contratados durante el presente a\u00f1o, el \u00c1rea de Recursos Humanos hace de su conocimiento:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \uf0fc Si el personal docente y\/o auxiliar de educaci\u00f3n<strong> ha sido contratado desde el mes de marzo al 31 de diciembre de 2020 en una sola IIEE, el pago por el concepto de vacaciones truncas ser\u00e1 de oficio, no requiere la presentaci\u00f3n de documento alguno.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Si el personal docente y\/o auxiliar de educaci\u00f3n <strong>ha sido contratado en los meses posteriores a marzo, pero concluy\u00f3 su contrato el 31 de diciembre del 2020 en una sola IIEE, el pago por el concepto de vacaciones truncas ser\u00e1 igualmente de oficio, no requiere la presentaci\u00f3n de documento alguno. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \uf0fc Si el personal docente y\/o auxiliar de educaci\u00f3n <strong>ha tenido v\u00ednculo laboral en una o m\u00e1s II.EE. en forma temporal por meses (con cortes de vigencia de contrato), deber\u00e1 presentar Constancia de trabajo remoto emitido por el Director de la II.EE. y copia de la (s) resoluci\u00f3n (es) de contrato, Si ha laborado en dos o m\u00e1s II. EE. Distintas deber\u00e1 presentarlo por separado cada expediente con sus requisitos antes mencionados, a trav\u00e9s de mesa de partes virtual. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \uf0fc Si el <strong>personal docente y\/o auxiliar de educaci\u00f3n ha tenido v\u00ednculo laboral hasta el mes de noviembre o parte del mes de diciembre de 2020, deber\u00e1 presentar Constancia de trabajo remoto emitido por el Director de la II.EE. y copia de la (s) resoluci\u00f3n (es) de contrato, a trav\u00e9s de mesa de partes virtual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \uf0fc <strong>No procede pago de vacaciones truncas en los casos de v\u00ednculo laboral cuyo acto resolutivo indique solo \u201cPARA EFECTOS DE RECONOCIMIENTO DE PAGO\u201d.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La presentaci\u00f3n de los documentos es a <strong>trav\u00e9s de Mesa de Parte virtual https:\/\/mesadepartesvirtual.ugel05.gob.pe. desde el 15 de diciembre hasta el jueves 31 de diciembre de  2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
