quienes las toman largas o duermen m\u00e1s de nueve horas durante la noche tienen un riesgo mayor de sufrir un derrame cerebral, seg\u00fan un art\u00edculo publicado hoy en la <strong>revista Neurology.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas que normalmente hacen una siesta de m\u00e1s de 90 minutos durante el d\u00eda son un 25 % m\u00e1s propensas a sufrir un infarto cerebral que quienes
